• Customisation, i.e, length of top and pants can be altered to your requirement since all our garments are specially handcrafted to order. You can leave us a note on placing the order or mail us regarding your desired length if alteration is required.

P.S: There’s no customisation available for change in pattern of any garment.

All ajrakh products are completely hand dyed and hand block printed over a period of 10-20 days and hence slight discolouration and pigmentations are a part of the fabric making each piece unique in it’s own way.

All our garments are exclusively ‘made to order’, thus offering bespoke prints and designs to our community.

Nothing gives us more joy than knowing that our cottons and silks are worn by you repeatedly and that they remain long-loved favourites for years to come.

Make sure to not use any harsh chemical on clothes while washing or otherwise. (starch or strong detergent).

Our garments already come pre- washed but the best way to maintain them will be to wash them separately in cold water with very mild detergent. You may dry clean them, optionally.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect every order thoroughly prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives unrecognisably damaged (not the slight stains, patches and wearing out that is a part of Ajrakh Hand Block Printing), defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

Requirements for Reporting an Issue:

Terms & Conditions – EMI Payments

1. General Overview

• The Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) option is provided by partner banks, card issuers, and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Jasminebyseba provides the facility to opt for EMI payments at checkout, but the loan approval, interest rate calculation, and installment management are exclusively governed by your issuing bank or credit provider.

2. Eligibility & Minimum Transaction Amount

• EMI options (Credit Card EMI, Debit Card EMI, or Cardless EMI) are subject to approval by your issuing bank or lending partner.
• Eligibility for EMI payment is determined dynamically at checkout based on your card type, bank criteria, and minimum order value (typically ₹2,500 or higher, depending on bank policies).

3. Interest Rates & Bank Charges

• Interest Rates: Applicable interest rates for EMI conversions are determined directly by your issuing bank/lender and will be clearly displayed on the payment gateway screen before you complete the purchase.
• Processing Fees: Banks or financing partners may charge a one-time processing fee or convenience fee for converting a transaction into EMI. These charges are levied directly by the bank and are non-refundable by Jasminebyseba.
• GST / Service Tax: Applicable taxes (such as GST) on interest paid towards EMI transactions will be billed directly by your bank in your monthly credit card or bank statements.

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: If an order purchased via EMI is canceled or returned in accordance with Jasminebyseba’s Refund & Return Policy, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment source (your credit/debit card account).
• Bank Interest & Processing Fees: While Jasminebyseba refunds the net order amount, any interest charges, GST on interest, or processing fees charged by your bank/lender prior to cancellation are non-refundable by Jasminebyseba.
• EMI Cancellation: Foreclosure or cancellation of an active EMI scheme must be arranged directly between you and your issuing bank. Any foreclosure fees charged by the bank will be borne by the customer.

5. Disclaimer & Bank Discretion

• Jasminebyseba is not responsible for any rejection of EMI request, delay in EMI conversion, or disputes regarding interest rates and monthly billing between the customer and their issuing bank.
• For queries regarding EMI conversion timelines, billing schedules, or statement discrepancies, please contact your respective bank or card issuer directly.
